The 2024 National Survey on Local Government Cannabis Regulations and Administration (National Survey) is a six states survey designed to gather the opinions and perspectives on a variety of important issues facing municipal cannabis regulators in the states of California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan and New Jersey.
This is the second time that we will survey local government cannabis administrators. In 2022, we focused exclusively on the state of Michigan. This year, we have partnered with Regulatory Professional Advisory Services and Search Consultants (Regulator Search) a talent strategy and executive search services firm that specializes in state and local government cannabis regulator searches to expand the survey to include five additional states.
The National Survey is a census survey - every municipality that licenses medical and/or recreational marijuana in any of the six states are invited to participate. We're asking for the participation of the primary official who is responsible for overseeing medical and/or recreational marijuana regulations in your borough, city, township or village.
If you are a borough, city, township or village cannabis regulator in the state of California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan or New Jersey and have not received the National Survey, please complete the form below to receive the National Survey.
