The National Council on Municipal Cannabis (NCMC) is a national nonprofit organization that promotes local government cannabis regulatory frameworks that work to protect the public across the country. NCMC educates boroughs, cities, townships, villages and the public about cannabis community benefits and social equity programs that address the economic well-being of residents. NCMC conducts research and promotes competency-based education for municipal cannabis regulations leadership as well as diversity and inclusion.
