Who We Are

The National Council on Municipal Cannabis (NCMC) is an organization comprised of local government marijuana administrators who oversee medical and/or adult-use marijuana regulations in boroughs, cities, townships and villages across the United States. Additionally, NCMC is home to the Municipal Cannabis Regulators Network and the Cannabis Center for Municipalities. The Cannabis Center provides technical assistance and consulting services to municipalities that regulate medical and/or  adult-use marijuana. NCMC is a nonprofit organization that focuses on local government cannabis policy regulations, leadership, research and partnerships.
